Kate Hockersmith has been teaching Bluegrass Kids, in Waitsburg, since 2010.

Bluegrass Kids will be meeting at the new TVAMP building located at 141 Main Street, Waitsburg. We are directly across the street from the Waitsburg Grocery Store. Class is scheduled for 3:30 on Wednesdays for 8 weeks this summer.

There is no charge for this class. The class is basically a kid jam, with all the kids learning the same tunes and playing along, as they are able. Ages are 6 -18….younger kids require a parent to stay with them.

Instruments are available for loan to kids who need to decide if they want to play music and/or which instrument they want to play.
